Selling: '88 Nissan 300zx

Figure it can't hurt to throw this out there.

I have a 1988 Nissan 300zx 2+2 that I'm looking to sell for $2000. "2+2" means this is a four seat car, though I wouldn't recommend anybody taller than 36 inches try and sit back there. The body is a little longer than it's 2-seat counterpart.

Important stuff:
3 liter non-turbo V-6
Automatic transmission
Starts and runs, but rough/missing cylinders
Exhaust leak
Currently registered until April 2015
119k miles
Good tires
Never wrecked
Tear in the seam of the drivers seat
Minimal body rust
T-tops (upholstery on left one broken, but still latches)
Full electric drivers seat (up, down, front back, tilt, wings in/out, upper/middle/lower lumbar)
Electric mirrors/windows/locks
Headlights wired weird (one high, one low is the only option)
On-steering wheel radio controls
Original radio with 9-channel EQ, Cassette deck broken, AM/FM functional.
Needs new combination switch (running/dash lights randomly go out)
Cruise control
One-touch climate control (AC blows cool, but could probably do with a re-charge)
Original 70 amp alternator replaced with 90 amp
Drivers window stuck closed
Factory alarm
Acid burn on trunk liner
New timing belt and fuel level sensor 9000 miles ago
Comes with a top-end gasket kit

If I haven't mentioned it here, then it probably works. Feel free to ask my any questions. Long story short, this is a car that runs, but needs some work to get back up to speed. Unfortunately I simply don't have the time or location to work on it myself. If you've got a garage and can turn a wrench it would be a good project, otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.
