Assist in-person and telephone customers, transfer calls, and relay accurate messages; communicate with other departments, faculty, students, and public in a highly professional manner.
General clerical duties such as typing, copying, maintaining paper and electronic filing system, and preparation of mailings.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of correspondence, spreadsheets, databases, fliers, signage, etc.
