April 4, 2014 show is "Stars of the Pharaohs". Saw that a few months ago, it was decent. And free.
May 2, 2014 show is "Tour the Universe with Pink Floyd" which I'd like to see again.
They're free shows on the first Friday of every month. They also set up telescopes in the parking lot. Shows get started at about 6 and repeat as often as possible until the last show ends (usually before 10). It'd be cool to catch one and then go to the VI across the street.
They can range anywhere between 20 minutes and 35 minutes. They usually play them back to back with short breaks to move one group out, and move the next one into the seats; if there is a big crowd, they issue tickets to hold your place in line for a particular show.
The first one starts at 6; I assume since this is one of the longer ones, there'll be a new show starting every 45 minutes.

I was just going to go off of the directions on the website. And naw, I don't know what you look like. You could send me your phone number in a PM and we could coordinate that way. Honestly though I'm wondering if anyone else is going to show up besides us xD
These are starting up again! The first show is Friday, Sept 5, 2014 (sorry for the late notice) and, from what I've heard, is "Secrets of the Sun". I think it has to do with the differences between calendar years, sidereal years, synodic years, and axis procession, among other things.
They're at the Southern and Dobson campus of MCC (just north of the exit from highway 60 onto Dobson) and are free! But it's first come, first served.
