Gamble is a bit of a wild card. Her main job when not dealing with spirits of the other side is pouring spirits for the inhabitants on this side. one shot will put her flat on her tail though so don't offer her any alcohol. She's sweet and loves to play and sing even though she can't hold a note to save her life it's all in good fun.
